Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive access to our growing library of on-demand classes and live sessions. Every week, you’ll get a fresh 75-minute songwriting class that you can join live or catch later, and you’ll be invited to attend our coworking sessions and Office Hours with Donovan. It’s all designed to fit into your busy life and give you the support you need to create consistently.
Do I need to have professional music experience?
Not at all. We’re here for musicians at all levels—whether you’re just starting to write your first song or you’ve been making music for years. Our goal is to provide you with a nurturing environment where your creativity can flourish at your own pace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. While we hope you stay for the long haul, you can cancel at any time with no penalty. Just make the change on your account dashboard before your next billing cycle, and you won’t be charged further.
What happens if I can’t make the live sessions?
No problem! All live classes are recorded and available on-demand for you to watch whenever it’s convenient for you. You won’t miss a thing.
How is the private forum different from other online communities?
Our private forum is an intimate, invitation-only space where musicians and mentors gather to share ideas, ask questions, and support each other. It’s unlike social media or large online groups because it’s highly curated and focused on building authentic, lasting connections among a select group of passionate musicians.
Who leads the classes?
The weekly songwriting prompts are led most often by Gary Grundei, whose music has been heard on MTV, NPR, the Kennedy Center, and more. Guest teachers have included James Cornelison of Lake Street Dive, Aaron Marcellus from American Idol, and famed YouTube instructor David Bennett.
